 HOW TO APPROACH THE MORAL THINKERS PART IN THE GS4 SECTION:             There is a lot to study and read when it comes to the moral thinkers in upsc ethics GS4. But what a civil service aspirant should focus on is not "what to study "rather what "not to study". Smart work in this area can save a lot of time of aspirants which can be fruitfully utilized for covering other sections. Let me tell you that there are more than 500 western philosophical thinkers and more than 100 Indians. But reading about all will become cumbersome with aspirants totally losing out interests in this section.        EFFECT OF COVID ON A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATION.                            The coronavirus pandemic has affected almost every country of the world with many of them taking warlike measures. Since its first case in December 2019, in China’s Wuhan province, thousands are dying every day, work has been shut and the world is about to witness a global economic slowdown. In such trying times it becomes important to audaciously take measures to help the Non-Profit Organisations who strive for the delivery of essential services.                               The Non-Profit Organizations, henceforth NPO’s provide services, goods, and resources to meet the community needs. They assist the society for smooth economic development and lends a helping hand in bringing positive social changes. Despite being a bosom friend of the government, the leaders’ world over (especially India) is neglecting the relevance an NPO has when it comes to service delivery at the grassroots level.
